This contract is a distance contract that aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products/tickets of MAP Marrakech company on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI). Lemapmarrakech.com is a service and trademark registered by MAP Marrakech.
3. Definitions
In the rest of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
- "Distance contract": any contract concerning goods or services between MAP Marrakech Company and a Customer within the framework of a sales system or remote service organized by MAP Marrakech Company which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
- "Customer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
- "Order": Action that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Customer and which must be signed by them by "double click" to commit them.
- "To order": Act by which the Customer agrees to purchase Products/Tickets and MAP Marrakech Company agrees to validate and send them.
4. Products / Tickets
All Products/Tickets present in the catalog are marketed until stocks are exhausted. MAP Marrakech company reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without notice. It cannot in any case be required to compensate or cancel an order due to the impossibility of using the product / ticket purchased for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5. Placing an order
After finding the product(s)/ticket(s) that interest you, click on the "BUY" button, the product is then added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing continue shopping. When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the "PAY" order button. In case of error on your part, at the time of your entry on the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by MAP Marrakech, you can order again.
6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham (MAD), are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in effect at the time of the order. VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are in Moroccan dirham. Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.
7. Execution of the order
The order will be executed at the time the Customer has placed their order. In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel their order.
8. Sending e-Tickets / Purchase validation
The delivery of e-Tickets is not provided by MAP Marrakech. The customer will receive their e-Ticket(s) by the email provided during the order.
E-Tickets are sent to the indicated address. The Customer is required to verify their email before validating the order. The Customer can, at their request, if it is a company, obtain the sending of an invoice to the email address by validating the option provided for this purpose.
**How much does delivery cost?**
MAP does not offer delivery of physical tickets. The Customer will receive an order confirmation with an e-Ticket in their email box.
**What are the confirmation deadlines?**
After receiving your payment, your order is validated within the following minutes.
9. Payment method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those proposed by MAP Marrakech on the payment page.
In this case, the submission of the transaction for debiting your account is made after the date and time of the purchase confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service. The Customer guarantees MAP Marrakech Company that they have the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen by them, during the validation of the Order form.
In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Customer and the card issuer and between MAP Marrakech Company and its banking establishment apply.
10. Data confidentiality
All sales are final. No refund is offered for special reasons or circumstances.

12. Right of withdrawal
From the date of validation of your order, you have a period of 7 days to assert your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded.
13. Warranty
All products/Tickets sold on the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In case of return of material proving to be not defective, transport and handling costs may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.
14. Proof of transactions paid by Credit Card
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of MAP Marrakech constitute proof of commercial transactions between you and MAP Marrakech company.
15. Force majeure
MAP Marrakech is bound for the execution of its obligations only to the extent that no event of force majeure hinders them.
